This brass reducer allows you to  screw together an Elywann probe or two pipes/plumbing accessories of different diameters: one element with a 1/2″ diameter female thread and one element with a 1/4″ diameter male thread.

This fitting can be used for cold water, hot water or compressed air networks. To ensure the fitting is watertight, it is advisable to surround each thread with Teflon tape, tow paste or Loctite resin.

Description

The  1/2″ x 1/4″ male-female brass reducer is an essential component for Elywann probes, pumping installations and hydraulic networks. This brass fitting allows you to easily connect a female accessory to a male accessory of a different diameter by screwing – whether it is pipes , valves, or other hydraulic components .

Made of premium brass, this fitting is corrosion and wear resistant. Its precise threads ensure maximum sealing to prevent any leakage.
